  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  • Standard delivery times are between 1 to 3 business days for most locations. However, delivery time may extend based on your location or product type.
  • For remote areas, delivery might take 5 to 7 business days.

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on your location and the total value of your order. Details regarding applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free delivery is available for orders above a specified amount, subject to terms and conditions.

  • PharmPlug reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances such as:

    • Issues with delivery locations.
    • Inaccuracies in the order, pricing, or other important details.
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Return Timeframe:

  • Medicines: The return window for medicines varies between 0-2 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product. Check the specific product page for the return policy before placing an order.
  • Healthcare Products: All healthcare products can be returned within 2 days of delivery.

3.2 Products Not Eligible for Return: Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the product has been opened, partially used, or disfigured.
  • If the product or its packaging has been tampered with.
  • If the product is marked as non-returnable on the product detail page.
  • If any accessories, freebies, or serial numbers/UPC/barcodes are missing.
  • Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Personal care, baby care, nutrition, sexual wellness products, COVID-19 essentials (e.g., masks, gloves), and other specified healthcare products are non-returnable, except in cases of product defect or misrepresentation.

  2. Select the relevant order and click on ‘RETURN.’
  3. Ensure the product is within the active return window.
  4. Provide a reason for return and select the item/quantity.

  • Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.

  • After the returned product is received and successfully verified by the seller, PharmPlug will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.

4.2 Important Information:

  • The refund amount provided during the return request is an estimate and will be finalized after verification.
  • If the return request is found to be fraudulent or incorrect (e.g., wrong product or incorrect quantity returned), PharmPlug reserves the right to reclaim any refunded amount or reject the return claim.
